    -This is a letter we recommend you send to your tenants once they are in. It reiterates their responsibilities as out lined in the lease to help ensure that they follow through on the lease.
  • Roommate Contract
    -This is not a legally required document, but something to recommend for your tenants to complete among themselves to help ensure the return of their security deposit.
  • Maintenance Responsibilities
